- 5 Drops Peppermint essential oil
Step 1: Pour in 1½ teaspoon of activated charcoal in a clean glass mixing bowl.
Step 2: Add 2 tablepoon of baking soda
Step 3: Add 2 tablepoon of melted coconut oil
Step 4: Then add 5 drops of peppermint essential oil.
