Home remedies for skin polishing 

HERE WE GO:

Ingridents:

1 Tablepoon Baking soda
2 Tablepoon Lemon juice(dilute in 2 Tablepoon water)
1 Tablepoon Turmeric
1 Tablepoon Brown sugar

Baking soda
Baking soda is a mild Exfoliator, which comes in form of a powder little particles.

Baking soda is used for skincare purposes as it eradicates pimples/acne, due to it’s anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.
It also reduces wrinkles, soothes pains and irritations on the skin, and tightens the pores.

Lemon juice
Lemon juice is loaded with antibacterial and antiparasitic properties, it combat, acne/pimples.
Due to it’s richness in Vitamin C and citric acid, lemon juice, brightens the skin, banishes blackheads and tightens the skin pores,

Note: lemon juice must be diluted before being used on the face, because of it’s acidic nature, to avoid burning the skin.

Tumeric
Indian women have been using tumeric for facial mask for centuries, it’s anti-inflammatory qualities can target your pores and calm the skin.
Tumeric powder also cleanses the skin pores, thereby reduces acne breakouts, it’s anti-inflammatory qualities also soothes and calms inflammatory skin Conditions such as redness, puffiness and scarring

Brown sugar
Brown sugar has smaller particles, just like baking soda, it serves as an Exfoliator too, to Exfoliate the skin and get rid of dead skin cells, thereby enhancing a brighter and glowing skin.

Steps on how to mix the ingredients together

Mix all the ingredients together to form a thick paste,

Prepare your face for the mask by washing your face with a soft face soap.

Now apply the mask on your face,

Using your hand, gently keep scrubbing the mixture on your face in a circular motion,

Keep doing this for 5 minutes, after that, leave the mixture to sit on your skin for another 5 minutes,

Then wash off, using a warm water,

Your skin will feel, soft, well Exfoliated and smooth.

Then apply your moisturizer, you can use, almond oil, or jojoba oil

Repeat this process twice a week.
